During our recent visit to Guangzhou, we had the privilege of touring one of the region’s most advanced printing facilities -  a 3M Preferred Converter. Our visit was a masterclass in how tradition and cutting-edge technology coexist.

 

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Our hosts welcomed us with a traditional tea ceremony, followed by an elaborate local lunch that showcased Guangdong’s famed cuisine.

 

 

 

Lunch was followed by toasts with Wuliangye ultra-premium baijiu - a gesture that underscored their commitment to building relationships, not just business.

 

 The factory itself was a marvel of modern manufacturing, the facility operates with rigorous quality control, ensuring every roll of vinyl meets international standards.

 

 

We were particularly impressed by their large-format digital and high-speed automatic screen printers depositing 4-color designs at 1,000 sheets/hour.

 

 

Equally striking was their 3D printing division, where textured and dimensional graphics came to life—perfect for specialty applications like luxury automotive branding.

 

 

 Beyond the technology, what resonated most was the positive work environment. Employees were engaged and well-trained and provided for with generous breaks and on-site dormitory. It was clear that this company invested not only in equipment but also in their team’s expertise—a philosophy that aligns perfectly with NWP’s values.
